I don’t need to pore over the countless clinical studies to know that regular physical exercise is good for me; that it strengthens my cardiovascular health, boosts my cognitive functioning, and improves my emotional and spiritual balance. I feel it whenever I dance around my home, walk through the woods, practice yoga at my favorite studio, or engage anything involving sustained rhythmic movement.
